in order to ensure a high level of transparency in the activity of public institutions and to monitor the efficiency of the use of funds intended for foreign visits, ministries, central authorities and organizational structures within their sphere of competence are obliged to ensure the publication on official web platforms of data on business trips abroad carried out by their own staff.
